Just a quick note to let you know the good news. When I first joined you at Fast Fit I was busting out of size 18 and that was when I said to myself...enough.
My friend was losing weight, I was gaining weight…so we switched clothes. She gave me her 16 to 18 size clothes and I gave her my smaller sizes 10, 12 & 14's.
To make a long story short, I had one pair of 14 pants she didn't like....guess what?? I tried them on this morning and they fit. So I went from a size 18+ to a size 14. I was soooo happy this morning. Just wanted to let you know that today I’m walking with a little spring in my step and a huge smile on my face...

I was at a point in my life where I wasn’t feeling my best and wanted to do something about it. I saw the flyer for Operation Muffintop and thought what have I got to lose. When I started, I wondered if I could really commit to this. It definitely was not what I was used to and it was an adjustment. I put all I had into this and was thrilled when I lost 8 ½ lbs and 2 inches in my waist in the first three weeks. I wanted to continue after seeing the progress I had made. I am approaching 50 and have fought being overweight for the last ten years. The diet at first was tough and the exercises challenging but quick.
In 3 weeks only being able to work out twice a week I noticed a difference slight but in my stomach, so I went to the next boot camp, 5 weeks this time again only able to go twice a week the diet became easier and the exercises became less challenging.
At the end of 8 weeks I was down 12 lbs and 5 - yeah 5" - in my stomach. Oh yeah I am now starting my 5th boot camp down 25lbs and have committed to 3 times a week.
No gyms good people on line constant support and results. Kristina saved me and I am hooked. I know when I reach my goal I will be tone and feel great and have had a blast doing it. Try it you only have weight to lose I am one of the people that can say it really works.
